An Amazon driver is charged with assaulting a St. Paul homeowner after an argument over whether a package had been delivered turned violent.Tre’Von Marquise King, 26, of Minneapolis, was charged Monday with felony third-degree assault in connection with Saturday afternoon’s encounter in the 900 block of Randolph Avenue, which left the 51-year-old man hospitalized with a fractured skull and broken bones around his eye.According to the criminal complaint, King told police he defended himself after the man swiped his phone from his hand. Video surveillance caught the incident and shows both men recording each other with their phones and the man trying to hit King’s phone from his hand. Suspect in custody after Albany Med lockdown

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A suspect is in custody after Albany Medical Center was placed on lockdown Monday afternoon. Around 2:30 p.m., police received a call for a person who possibly had a handgun in the hospital, and a Code Silver was issued. Police said the incident was isolated to one room where they believed the suspect was located. Negotiations took place, police said, but it was initially unclear if they were responding. Bipartisan pair pushes bill to expand families' access to fresh produce

WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) — A pair of senators is teaming up to try to get more healthy food on the table for families who need it most. Democrat Sen. Jon Ossoff and Republican Sen. Joni Ernst are working together to try to pass the "Farm Fresh Food for Families Act." BERKELEY, Mo. - A tragic beginning to spring break as a 14-year-old boy was shot and killed in Berkeley, Missouri. More than a dozen detectives with the Major Case Squad are assisting the Berkeley Police Department with the investigation.The teen was shot and killed outside a home in the 6800 block of Larry Lane on Sunday night. There are plenty of things to do, see, and eat at Ballpark Village this season.“Every year for opening day, we come up with a new menu, and we’ve done that this year,” said Nate Green, director of hospitality for the St. Louis Cardinals. “We have a lot of new items.
